Had the privilege of meeting ownership when they came to visit the dealership I work at in Whitby. Had a great conversation and they are truly passionate about what they do. I have not had the privilege of visiting but it's on my riding list come spring and summer 2026. I would encourage a visit especially if you are a Yami Noob or a Yamaha fan. Check them out!

I took my Yamaha scooter in for a safety check knowing it needed some new parts and fix gas leak. It is 2006 model.It runs great and not that old. They call me to say it failed safety check for the same issues I took to them to repair? Told me parts unavailable! 2006??? When I picked it up It was undrivable(I rode it there) they removed a bunch of parts and piled on top of bike and left it like that. I supplied new nuts screws that were missing but made no effort to used them. So good thing I had my trailer. Charged $179 me and did nothing except take it apart. Not happy. I have bought 2 bikes from them on the past. That's not how you treat a customer.. sad. I found some of the parts needed on my own with little effort. I can't rate them low enough! Up date. The owner has since contacted me and has offered a refund and has offered to make repairs to complete safety check if I supply the parts required. I'll update again. Curtis has expressed concern that this was not handled with properly. Update. Curtis and his crew took care of my scooter got it all back together working great even picked it up and delivered it for free did everything they said they would.. thanks guys
bought a brand new 2010 Yamaha Kodiak 450 was the toughest dam ATV LOL ? I never once treated that bike properly . or with respect . treat ed it like a dam motor boat in the water and it ONLY let me down once when I sunk it 8 feet down in a frozen winter ❄️ pond and left it down in the bottom of the pond for almost a week . pulled it out and drained it out and it ran great for me for years after O ya also jumped it easly 7 feet in the air lots of times as well . great sales man BRIAN always way’s happy guy and a pleasant person too be around and great service as well . totally recommend buying a Kodiak and or grizzly from there / them ?
Bought a yz125x from start to finish Bryan made sure things went smoothly sure happy with the bike recommend this to anyone who wants quality service. Bryan even followed up with me a week or so after I pick it up to make sure everything was working properly.
They had my bike for 2 months and 1400 dollars later it still had issues they said were fixed. No help and customer service was terrible. I do not recommend
Great place. Thanks Bryan and crew for a great buying experience and product. My 2021 Grizzly 700 is awesome!!! I'm adding some more info that's important for people to know. September of 2021. I have a 2021 grizzly that I've had since last December and I got a large crack on the left floorboard when I was getting on my bike a couple Sundays ago. I'm a big guy and that's what caused it. Anyway they replaced it for free and when I asked if it was covered by the yamaha warranty they said if it's not then we will cover it. Now that's a great dealership!!!?
